- Corporation: A legal entity owned by the holders of shares of stock that have been issued, and that can own, receive, and transfer property, and carry on business in its own name.
- group or organization: means a club, an association, a corporation, an order, a society, a private club, a fraternity or sorority, or a varsity or club athletic team primarily made up of students or alumni, regardless of whether it is chartered by a national organization.
