  • alternative payment date process: refers to the process described in section 4(d) of this chapter. See Indiana Code 24-4.6-4-1
  • coalition: means the coalition to support Indiana seniors established by section 4(a) of this chapter. See Indiana Code 24-4.6-4-2
  • senior citizen: means a resident of Indiana who is at least sixty (60) years of age. See Indiana Code 24-4.6-4-3
