- accredited college or university: refers to a college or university that is accredited by one (1) of the following regional accrediting agencies:

- board: refers to the American Board of Industrial Hygiene, a nonprofit corporation established to improve the practice and educational standards of the profession of industrial hygiene by certifying individuals who meet its education, experience, and examination requirements. - industrial hygiene: means the science and practice of anticipating, recognizing, evaluating, and controlling the environmental factors and stresses arising in or from the workplace that may cause sickness, impaired health and well-being, or significant discomfort among workers and the general community. - Jurisdiction: (1) The legal authority of a court to hear and decide a case. Concurrent jurisdiction exists when two courts have simultaneous responsibility for the same case. (2) The geographic area over which the court has authority to decide cases.
