  • examination: includes the repetition of an examination by a person who did not receive a satisfactory grade (as defined by IC 25-8-4-9) on a prior examination. See Indiana Code 25-8-13-1
  • Jurisdiction: (1) The legal authority of a court to hear and decide a case. Concurrent jurisdiction exists when two courts have simultaneous responsibility for the same case. (2) The geographic area over which the court has authority to decide cases.
