Terms Used In Indiana Code > Title 27 > Article 2 > Chapter 28 - Notice of Material Change

  • automobile policy: means a policy providing one (1) or more of the types of insurance described in Class 2(f) of IC 27-1-5-1. See Indiana Code 27-2-28-2
