  • capital improvement: means :

    Indiana Code 36-6-9-2

  • capital improvement fund: means a township fund, the money in which may be used for the payment of capital improvements. See Indiana Code 36-6-9-3
  • plan: refers to a township capital improvement plan adopted or amended under this chapter. See Indiana Code 36-6-9-4
  • Property: includes personal and real property. See Indiana Code 1-1-4-5
  • Trustee: A person or institution holding and administering property in trust.
  • Year: means a calendar year, unless otherwise expressed. See Indiana Code 1-1-4-5
