- Complaint: A written statement by the plaintiff stating the wrongs allegedly committed by the defendant.
- Corporation: A legal entity owned by the holders of shares of stock that have been issued, and that can own, receive, and transfer property, and carry on business in its own name.
- counselor: refers to the public access counselor appointed under IC 5-14-4-6. See Indiana Code 5-14-5-1
