- Corporation: A legal entity owned by the holders of shares of stock that have been issued, and that can own, receive, and transfer property, and carry on business in its own name.
- economic development incentive: refers to a tax credit, deduction, exemption, grant, or loan awarded under a program described in section 1 of this chapter. See Indiana Code 6-1.1-43-2
