Terms Used In Iowa Code 321I.18

  • Person: includes any individual, firm, corporation, partnership, joint adventure, or association, and the plural as well as the singular number. See Iowa Code 321H.2
  • Person: means an individual, partnership, firm, corporation, association, and the state, its agencies, and political subdivisions. See Iowa Code 321I.1
  • Vehicle: means any vehicle as defined in chapter 321. See Iowa Code 321H.2
 A person who has received a visual or audible signal from a peace officer to come to a stop shall not operate an all-terrain vehicle in willful or wanton disregard of the signal, interfere with or endanger the officer or any other person or vehicle, increase speed, or attempt to flee or elude the officer.
