1. The location of the area designated by the petitioners for incorporation in the proposed district, as described or shown by the original petition.
Terms Used In Iowa Code 357A.4
- Auditor: means the county auditor of a county in which a district has been incorporated and organized or is proposed to be incorporated and organized. See Iowa Code 357A.1
- District: means a rural water district incorporated and organized pursuant to the provisions of this chapter. See Iowa Code 357A.1
- Supervisors: means the board of supervisors of a county, or the board of supervisors of an adjacent county, in which a district has been incorporated and organized or is proposed to be incorporated and organized. See Iowa Code 357A.1
2. The time and place fixed by the supervisors for the hearing on the petition.
3. That all owners or tenants of real property within the boundaries described may appear and be heard.
4. That the proposed district, if incorporated, shall have no power or authority to levy any taxes whatsoever.
