Terms Used In Iowa Code 499.14A
- Association: means a corporation formed under this chapter. See Iowa Code 499.2
- cooperative association: means any of the following:a. See Iowa Code 499.43AAn electric cooperative association may have one or more classes of members. Qualifications, requirements, methods of acceptance, terms, conditions, termination, and other incidents of membership shall be set forth in the articles of incorporation of the association.
