515.132 Right of insured to cancel.
No provision, stipulation, or agreement to the contrary in or independent of the policy or
contract of insurance shall avoid or defeat the right of any insured to pay short rates and costs of action, if any, and have the policy and all contracts connected therewith, including judgments rendered thereon, canceled.
