515.36 Financial statements — mutual companies.
After complying with the requirements of the preceding sections of this chapter, the
company shall file with the commissioner of insurance a satisfactory detailed statement showing the financial condition of the company, including all transactions had during its organization, together with a record of all moneys received and disbursed, a list of the stockholders, the amount of stock purchased by each, and the price paid. The incorporators or officers of such mutual company shall file the statement under oath required of stock companies.
