- person: means individual, corporation, limited liability company, government or governmental subdivision or agency, business trust, estate, trust, partnership or association, or any other legal entity. See Iowa Code 4.1
515F.16 False or misleading information.
A person, including an insurer, or advisory organization, shall not willfully withhold information which will affect the rates or premiums chargeable under this chapter from, or knowingly give false or misleading information to, the commissioner, a statistical agency designated by the commissioner, an advisory organization, or an insurer. A violation of this section subjects the one guilty of the violation to the penalties provided in § 515F.19.
