- person: means individual, corporation, limited liability company, government or governmental subdivision or agency, business trust, estate, trust, partnership or association, or any other legal entity. See Iowa Code 4.1
518C.15 Immunity.
There shall be no liability on the part of, and no cause of action of any nature shall
arise against, any member insurer, the association or its agents or employees, the board of directors, any committee established for the purpose of administering the affairs of the association, or any person serving as an alternate or substitute representative director of the association, or the commissioner, or the commissioner’s representatives, for any reasonable action taken or any reasonable failure to act by them in the performance of their duties and powers under this chapter.
