  • person: means individual, corporation, limited liability company, government or governmental subdivision or agency, business trust, estate, trust, partnership or association, or any other legal entity. See Iowa Code 4.1
523A.704 Violations.
A person who willfully violates § 523A.501, subsection 1, or § 523A.502,
subsection 1, is guilty of a class “”D”” felony.
