Terms Used In Iowa Code 524.108
- person: means individual, corporation, limited liability company, government or governmental subdivision or agency, business trust, estate, trust, partnership or association, or any other legal entity. See Iowa Code 4.1

524.108 Applicability of safe deposit provisions.
The provisions of sections 524.809 through 524.812 shall apply, to the extent applicable, to
any person engaged in this state in the business of leasing safe deposit boxes for the storage of property.
