Terms Used In Iowa Code 524.1807
- Conviction: A judgement of guilt against a criminal defendant.
524.1807 Penalties.
Any bank holding company which willfully violates any provision of sections 524.1802
through 524.1806 shall, upon conviction, be fined not less than one hundred dollars nor more than one thousand dollars for each day during which the violation continues. Any individual who willfully participates in a violation of any provisions of sections 524.1802 through 524.1806 shall be guilty of a serious misdemeanor.
