524.303 Application for approval.
The incorporators or organizers shall make an application to the superintendent for
approval of a proposed state bank in the manner prescribed by the superintendent and shall deliver to the superintendent, together with such application:
1. The articles of incorporation.
2. Applicable fees, payable to the secretary of state as specified in § 490.122 for filing articles of incorporation or § 489.122 for filing a certificate of organization.

Subsection 2 amended
