537.3306 Authorization to confess judgment prohibited.
Unless executed after default on a claim arising out of a consumer credit transaction,
authorization for a judgment by confession on that claim pursuant to chapter 676 is void. Any other authorization by a consumer for any person to confess judgment on the claim, whenever executed, is void.
