  • Injunction: An order of the court prohibiting (or compelling) the performance of a specific act to prevent irreparable damage or injury.
  • person: means individual, corporation, limited liability company, government or governmental subdivision or agency, business trust, estate, trust, partnership or association, or any other legal entity. See Iowa Code 4.1

In addition to any other remedies, and on the petition of the board or any person, any person
violating any of the provisions of this chapter may be restrained and permanently enjoined from committing or continuing the violations.
