544B.4 Organization of the board — meetings — quorum.
The board shall elect annually from its members a chairperson and vice chairperson. The
duties of the officers are those usually performed by such officers. The board shall hold at least one meeting each year at the location of the board’s principal office, and meetings shall be called at other times by division staff at the request of the chairperson or four members of the board. A majority of the members constitutes a quorum. No action at any meeting can be taken without the affirmative votes of a majority of the members of the board.
