602.1102 Judicial branch.
The judicial branch consists of all of the following:
1. The supreme court.
2. The court of appeals.
3. The district court.
4. The clerks of all of the courts of this state.
5. Juvenile court officers.
6. Court reporters.
7. All other court employees.
