614.16 Interpretative clause.
Sections 614.14 and 614.15 do not affect litigation pending on July 1, 1991, nor do they
operate to revive rights or claims barred previous to that date, nor permit an action to be brought or maintained upon any claim or cause of action which is barred by a statute in force prior to July 1, 1991.
