614.28 Barred claims.
The provisions of sections 614.24 through 614.27, or the filing of a claim or claims under
this subchapter, shall not revive or permit an action to be brought or maintained upon any claim or cause of action which is barred by any other statute. Provided further, that nothing contained in these sections shall affect litigation pending on July 4, 1965.
