622.80 Pleading taken as true.
If the delinquent party shows by the party’s own testimony, or otherwise, that the party
could not have a full personal knowledge of the transaction, the court may order the party’s pleading to be taken as true; subject to be reconsidered by the court within a reasonable time thereafter, upon satisfactory reasons being shown for the delinquency.
