Terms Used In Iowa Code 633.122
- Fiduciary: A trustee, executor, or administrator.
- person: means individual, corporation, limited liability company, government or governmental subdivision or agency, business trust, estate, trust, partnership or association, or any other legal entity. See Iowa Code 4.1

633.122 Settlement contested.
The acts of the fiduciary without prior approval of court after notice, may be contested by any interested person at or before the entry of the order discharging the fiduciary.
