- person: means individual, corporation, limited liability company, government or governmental subdivision or agency, business trust, estate, trust, partnership or association, or any other legal entity. See Iowa Code 4.1
633.210 Rules of descent.
The estate of a person dying intestate shall descend as provided in sections 633.211 through
633.226.
