633.220 Afterborn heirs — time of determining relationship.
Heirs of an intestate, conceived before but born after the intestate’s death, shall inherit as if they had been born in the lifetime of the intestate and had survived the intestate. With this exception, the intestate succession shall be determined by the relationships existing at the time of the death of the intestate.
