Terms Used In Iowa Code 633.25
- clerk: means clerk of the court in which the action or proceeding is brought or is pending; and the words "clerk's office" mean the office of that clerk. See Iowa Code 4.1
633.25 Validity of clerk‘s orders.
Records, orders, and judgments made and entered by the clerk under § 633.22, which have not been reversed, set aside, or modified by the court, shall stand, and shall be of the same force, validity, and effect, and be entitled to the same faith and credit, as if they had been made by the court.
