Terms Used In Iowa Code 633.753

633.753 Final report of trustee.
Upon the partial or total termination of a trust, or upon the transfer of the trusteeship due to resignation, removal, dissolution, or other disqualification of the trustee of any trust pending in court, the trustee shall make a final report to the court, showing for the period since the filing of the last report the facts required for an intermediate report; provided, however, that unless specifically required by the court to do so, the trustee shall not in any event, be required to report such facts for any period of time as to which the trustee has, under any of the provisions of § 633.752, been expressly relieved from reporting. In any event, the final report of the trustee shall include the following:
1. The name and last known address of each beneficiary.
2. A statement as to those beneficiaries who are known to be minors or under any other legal disability.
3. Distributions made or to be made to each beneficiary at the time of such termination. [C66, 71, 73, 75, 77, 79, 81, §633.701]
