- person: means individual, corporation, limited liability company, government or governmental subdivision or agency, business trust, estate, trust, partnership or association, or any other legal entity. See Iowa Code 4.1
- Trustee: A person or institution holding and administering property in trust.
633A.5104 Interested persons — proceedings.
The settlor, or if the settlor is deceased or not competent, the settlor’s designee named or designated pursuant to § 633A.5106, the trustee, the attorney general, and any charitable entity or other person with a special interest in the trust shall be interested persons in a proceeding involving a charitable trust.
