636.21 Commissioner as process agent.
It shall be the duty of the commissioner of insurance, upon service being made upon the
commissioner, to immediately mail a copy of the notice to the company at the company’s principal place of business, and any notice so served shall be deemed to be good and sufficient service on any such company.
