636.33 Final discharge.
A fiduciary not governed by the probate code may file the receipt described in § 636.32
with the fiduciary’s final report, and if it shall be made to appear to the satisfaction of the court that the fiduciary has in all other respects complied with the law governing the fiduciary’s appointment and duties, the court may approve such final report and enter the fiduciary’s discharge.
