Terms Used In Iowa Code 643.13

643.13 Release — return of bond.
Said bond shall be delivered to the officer, who shall return the property to the defendant,
append the bond to the writ, return it therewith to the officer issuing it, and refer thereto in the sheriff’s return on the writ.
