651.4 Petition for partition of property.
A petition for partition of property shall describe the property and the plaintiff‘s interest in
the property. The petition shall name all indispensable parties pursuant to § 651.5 and state the nature and extent of each interest or lien as far as each interest or lien is known by the plaintiff.
