Terms Used In Iowa Code 681.20
- clerk: means clerk of the court in which the action or proceeding is brought or is pending; and the words "clerk's office" mean the office of that clerk. See Iowa Code 4.1
- property: includes personal and real property. See Iowa Code 4.1
681.20 Additional inventory and security.
The assignee shall, from time to time, file with the clerk of the court an inventory and
valuation of any additional property which may come into the assignee’s hands under said assignment after the filing of the first inventory, and the clerk may thereupon require the assignee to give additional security.
