681.27 Permissive removal of assignee.
If an assignee shall reside out of the state, or become mentally ill or otherwise incapable of
discharging the trust, the court may, upon ten days’ notice to the assignee or the assignee’s attorney remove the assignee and appoint another in the assignee’s stead.
