- person: means individual, corporation, limited liability company, government or governmental subdivision or agency, business trust, estate, trust, partnership or association, or any other legal entity. See Iowa Code 4.1
702.5 Child.
For purposes of Title XVI,* unless another age is specified, a “”child”” is any person under
the age of fourteen years. [C79, 81, §702.5]
