Terms Used In Iowa Code 708A.2
- person: means individual, corporation, limited liability company, government or governmental subdivision or agency, business trust, estate, trust, partnership or association, or any other legal entity. See Iowa Code 4.1
708A.2 Terrorism.
A person who commits or attempts to commit an act of terrorism commits a class “”B”” felony.
However, notwithstanding § 902.9, subsection 1, paragraph “”b””, the maximum sentence for a person convicted under this section shall be a period of confinement of not more than fifty years.
