- person: means individual, corporation, limited liability company, government or governmental subdivision or agency, business trust, estate, trust, partnership or association, or any other legal entity. See Iowa Code 4.1
709.18 Sexual abuse of a corpse.
1. A person commits sexual abuse of a human corpse if the person knowingly and intentionally engages in a sex act, as defined in § 702.17, with a human corpse.
2. A person who violates this section commits a class “”D”” felony.
