Terms Used In Iowa Code 714E.7
- Conviction: A judgement of guilt against a criminal defendant.
- person: means individual, corporation, limited liability company, government or governmental subdivision or agency, business trust, estate, trust, partnership or association, or any other legal entity. See Iowa Code 4.1
714E.7 Criminal penalty.
A person who commits any violation described in § 714E.4 commits a serious misdemeanor. Prosecution or conviction for a violation described in § 714E.4 shall not bar prosecution or conviction for any other offenses. These penalties are cumulative to any other remedies or penalties provided.
