716.12 Critical infrastructure sabotage — penalties.
A person who commits critical infrastructure sabotage as defined in § 716.11 is guilty
of a class “”B”” felony, and in addition to the provisions of § 902.9, subsection 1, paragraph “”b””, shall be punished by a fine of not less than eighty-five thousand dollars nor more than one hundred thousand dollars.
