Terms Used In Iowa Code 724.3

  • person: means individual, corporation, limited liability company, government or governmental subdivision or agency, business trust, estate, trust, partnership or association, or any other legal entity. See Iowa Code 4.1
724.3 Unauthorized possession of offensive weapons.
Any person, other than a person authorized in this chapter, who knowingly possesses an offensive weapon commits a class “”D”” felony.
