724.9A Approval of organizations that may certify handgun safety training instructors. The department of public safety shall adopt rules to approve organizations that may certify individuals as handgun safety training instructors eligible to offer a handgun safety training
course under § 724.9, subsection 1, paragraphs “”a”” and “”b””.
