- Conviction: A judgement of guilt against a criminal defendant.
- person: means individual, corporation, limited liability company, government or governmental subdivision or agency, business trust, estate, trust, partnership or association, or any other legal entity. See Iowa Code 4.1
821.4 Habitual criminals.
Nothing in this chapter or in the agreement on detainers shall be construed to require the
application of § 902.8 to any person on account of any conviction had in a proceeding brought to final disposition by reason of the use of this agreement.
