904.109 Powers of governor — report of abuses.
1. § 904.108, subsection 1, paragraph “”a””, does not limit the general supervisory or
examining powers vested in the governor by the laws or constitution of the state, or legally vested by the governor in a committee appointed by the governor.
2. The superintendent of an institution shall make reports to the board and the director as requested by the board and the director and the director shall report, in writing, to the governor any abuses found to exist in any of the institutions.
