906.13 Reciprocal agreements with other states.
The governor of the state of Iowa is hereby authorized and empowered to enter into
compacts and agreements with other states, through their duly constituted authorities, in reference to reciprocal supervision of persons on parole or probation and for the reciprocal return of such persons to the contracting states for violation of the terms of their parole or probation.
