915.50A General rights of elder abuse victims.
In addition to other victim rights provided in this chapter, victims of elder abuse shall have
the following rights:
1. The right to file a pro se petition for relief from elder abuse in the district court, pursuant to chapter 235F.
2. The right to receive a no-contact order upon a finding of probable cause, pursuant to § 664A.3.
