Terms Used In Iowa Code > Chapter 480 - Underground Facilities Information
- Complaint: A written statement by the plaintiff stating the wrongs allegedly committed by the defendant.
- Contract: A legal written agreement that becomes binding when signed.

- year: means twelve consecutive months. See Iowa Code 4.1
